What is the company?

At Credentially we are changing the face of healthcare. We’re a growing, fast-paced team based in Minsk and London.

We won multiple awards, graduated from Techstars, easily the best accelerator in the world and then closed a crowdfunding round on Crowdcube. We are at the start of our journey. The bottom of the mountain. We want you to come with us.

What is the product?

You will be building SAAS product Credentially - the easiest way to hire, onboard and train new employees. We use the cutting edge technologies like OCR and NLP to make it very easy for doctors to sign up to get employed somewhere, to change jobs and to keep all of their compliance up to date throughout the year. For the employers, we supply them with the fastest way to sign up doctors, to keep their doctors up to date and also manage their compliance.

Responsibilities:

Requirement analysis with the members of the team, to plan testing efforts for user stories and ensure required test coverage;

Work with developers and other QA members to efficiently make use of the right tools and techniques to set up, execute and interpret tests;

Functional, UI/UX testing of the web application;

Requirements testing;

Defect reporting: report and re-test defects according to generally accepted best practices and internal policies.

Collaboration with team members to communicate issues arising from test execution, retesting code fixes and providing QA sign off

Key Skills:

Ability to write test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports, test reports);

Basic SQL knowledge sufficient for selecting data from the database;

Ability to work with the browser console (development tool).

Basic knowledge of the HTTP protocol

At least Intermediate level of written English;

Strong communication skills, a good eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, solid team play, focus on results, self-organization, stress tolerance, good learning skills.
