Deloitte is seeking an Analyst to join the Quality and Risk Management Group within the Internal Client Services Department at the Minsk office.

PPG (Practice Protection Group) team is the internal risk team at Deloitte. The role will include reviewing the incoming and outgoing conflict checks with other Deloitte member firms. This is needed to clear that we will not face an independence issue or another conflict of interest when we are offering a service to a specific company.

The role will involve:

•Interaction with a wide variety of colleagues (written, oral and using proprietary software)
•Research and analysis of information
•Consulting colleagues on policies and procedures as well as the available information sources
•Future additional responsibilities based on the individual's and group's needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree - Economic/financial/risk management/law/linguistic education preferable, understanding of major CIS and world-wide companies
• Analytical and solution-oriented mind, critical and logical thinking, ability to make the right conclusion based on the facts and arguments.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent client service
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple engagements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
• Ability to follow lead and to own an area of responsibility suggesting and implementing improvements
• Motivation for client service, commitment to being a part of the team
• Ability to analyze information, to read and understand policies, to handle confidential matters
• Computer skills: MS Office
