Paralect creates technology products and services for clients all around the globe. Now we are looking for a Product Manager who will solve complex problems in identifying business needs and solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Market segment research and analysis, competitive assessment;

• Going into the details of technical and business implementation of the system, thinking about the optimal solution to the problem;

• Managing product priorities and boundaries, assessing risks and potential benefits of implementing ideas;

• Interaction with the team, the stakeholders regarding the product’s goals and measure progress against those goals;

• Being responsible for business requirements and their timely updating;

• User experience study, feedback analysis;

• Define and analyze metrics that inform and track the success of products around growth, engagement, and retention;

• Close cooperation with the designer;

• Create simple prototypes if necessary (we prefer Figma; if you are not familiar with it, we’ll teach you).

You will need:

• Work experience ( 1+ year ) at any management position (Team Lead, Project Manager, Project Manager assistant) in the field of development, analytics, QA or marketing;

• Ability to transform requirements into a structural, logical, consequential tasks that are understandable to everyone;

• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop the product strategy based on the industry trends and market research data;

• Being fully responsible for the task or project;

• Self-management: planning your activities within the quarter, month, week and day. Transparency in processes and results;

• Passion for self-development;

• Good communication skills for working with clients in English (at least Upper-Intermediate level).

Would be a plus:

• Work experience with newly launched projects.
