SENLA is looking for three Business Development managers.

A perfect candidate should have:
1. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;

3. Understanding of efficient business communication;
4. Desire to become a professional consultant in software engineering projects lifecycle;
5. Motivation to a rapid career growth.

Your regular job will include:
1. Preparation of a list of European and US potential clients;
2. Software engineering needs clarification;
3. Decision-makers target messaging;
4. Participation in the meetings with decision-makers, follow-ups with the consultancy of a proper approach for efficient projects onboarding.

Please keep in mind that:
1. As a team, we will help you to get proper knowledge for your efficient work. You will have all the needed materials to clearly show SENLA's ability to deliver services according to the highest industry standards.
2. We do not sell, we consult our Clients how to add a good value to their business and build strategic objectives with less risk on a software side.
3. We do not have babysitters, so your activities should be result-oriented. You should have a clear understanding that the job from 9 AM to 6 PM is not for you.
