Spiral Scout is a growing, full-service digital agency located in San Francisco and Minsk that focuses on design, development and marketing services for clients in the United States. Our main research and development office is in Minsk with over 70 employees.

We have a US-based copywriter who assists an outside SEO/SEM agency in Minsk helping us with some of our digital marketing efforts. We are looking to hire a highly organized, very experienced and hardworking digital marketing team member to help us accomplish three main goals and work with our team. This includes planning out and executing our marketing initiatives to increase our brand presence online to attract US-based customers looking for software development help, recruit the top engineering talent to our company and promote our open source products.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing the online marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and company values;

• Create, manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results, working directly with the company management

• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity;

• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials;

• Utilize experience and business knowledge to develop annual marketing plans as well as guide strategy & execution of key marketing programs;

• Work with designers and copywriters to create marketing efforts

• Work with and direct an outside SEO agency or hire your own team to help your online efforts

• Cooperate with authors, bloggers, and writers to get press for Spiral Scout and our products

• Work closely with the current marketing, sales, pre-sales, copywriting, design and management teams

• Report weekly updates on progress

Requirements:

• 6+ years of online and/or offline marketing experience.

• Proven track record of success in a marketing role or building a team.

• Proven experience and insights for increasing sales leads in the US

• Think differently and be able to "see the big picture." Come up with solutions that are not always obvious. Ability to solve business problems with limited directions;

• Experience with creating a strategic marketing planning for 3-6-12 months and executing on it with tracking in place to prove results;

• Ability to take initiative, work with minimal supervision, and independently manage concurrent projects to timely completion;

• Experience working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders;

• Confidence in your ability and opinion but can also listen

• Strong analytical and project management skills;

• Upper-Intermediate + level of English.
