We are developing an internal feasibility study tool for a cellular network optimization project.

The code developed in this project will be used also for operational project.

The project is based on a multi core Linux server that should pass data in rates of up to 100Mbps between WiFi access point and the internet.

The application on the server is written in C# (using MONO). Time critical tasks are written in C library.

The C# code is responsible for UI (user inputs, statistics, charts) and near real-time processing of the packets.

The application is developed by a small team, we are looking for developer that will join the team and will work on the C# code development.

The developer will be:

• Involved in designing and developing new features (data processing).
• Working as part of feasibility study task form including product manager, system architect, CTO office cellular expert and data science team.
• Be exposed to current challenges in cellular networks QoE (Quality of Experience).
• In second stage port the code to an operational product that will manage data in higher rates (10Gbps) holding millions of connections – so will need to make a code which is memory and processing efficient and also to optimize algorithms for high scale efficient implementation.

Mandatory:

• 5+ years experience in C# code.
• Previous experience in C.
• Highly motivated, a responsible, passionate, self-learner individual with great interpersonal skills.

• Team player that can also lead independent work and ability to work in an Agile environment.
• English speaking and writing skills.

Good to have:

• Practical experience in Unix/Linux environments.
• Knowledge in IP protocols and tools (such as Wireshark).
• Experience with DPDK.

Training required

• University degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
