Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy of HONOR brand and prepare content plans based on line-up and MKT plan
• Develop, manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media account, prepare monthly reports on campaigns and accounts
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, react immediately on changing situation in sales plans and promotions
• Prepare content (copywrite, photos, videos and designs)
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and PR campaigns
• Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with KOLs and influencers via social media to create a strong network, to make collaborations and special projects
• Monitor comments on Onliner, TUT.by, our own social networks and on thematic forums, communicate with users, giving feedback in positive and natural style, forming positive attitude to brand.
• Community management (consult users on the technical questions, features of the products etc), proactively collect data from sales, technical support, product trainer and other team members.

Requirements:

1. Competent writing skills – absolute Russian literacy (no grammatical mistakes are accepted). English language (Intermediate level and higher).
2. Copywriting skills (understanding of writing interesting and exciting content).
3. Skillful use of graphic editors (at least an ability to create decent creative materials to fill pages).
4. Skillful planning abilities (ability to prepare content plan based on MKT plan in a short period).
5. Deep understanding of rules and requirements of each of the following social network (FB, Instagram, VK).
6. Technical background or interest in technological news will be a priority.
