We are looking for a positive, energetic and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant for supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication.
You will be responsible for:
- work and collaboration with service and materials providers (courier, office materials, office supply: water, kitchen, cleaning, etc);
- organization and control of the office maintenance: coordinating the visitors’ flow, informing the office employees, booking of taxi, hotels, restaurants;
- covering reception duties, like greeting and looking after visitors;
- dealing with incoming and outgoing post;
- answering and directing phone calls;
- filing, photocopying, faxing and data entry;
- setting up meetings and taking minutes during them;
- support business travel arrangements (Schengen visas, booking flights, hotels, taxi, making the most convenient plans of business trips);
- translating documents;
- ordering office supplies.
Requirements:
- proficiency in MS Office;
- upper-intermediate/advanced level of English;
- solid communication skills both written and verbal;
- customer service orientation;
- attention to details;
- proactive approach to work;
- ability to be calm, courteous and professional in any situation.
