We are looking for an outstanding Recruiter/HR to attract, deliver, and retain top talents as well as participate in company life. As part of our HR team, you will help design and lead strategic experiences to attract and engage top talent.

What You’ll Do:

• You will collaborate with Hiring Managers on all matters of hiring strategy, organizational development, and offer negotiations.
• You will use a combination of recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess, and hire top-of-class talent.
• Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Work with external recruiting agencies to attract top-talented specialists
• Perform onboarding and adaptation of newly hired employees
• Partner with all employees (London, Vilnius and Minsk offices) to assist with all arising issues
• Build/maintain relationships across the team

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience managing recruiting and human resource processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management and a variety of applicants
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to step outside of comfort zone and develop new methodologies and approaches in the spirit of experimentation and innovation
