We are a Holacracy-inspired distributed software development team and we are looking for an HR to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing our job postings across different platforms
• Processing, aggregating and presenting candidates' profiles
• Introducing a new hiring process that can save the time of our engineering team
• Scheduling 1-on-1 meetings with our teammates
• Introducing a process/tool for 1-on-1 meetings to keep track of everything we discuss
• Organizing and facilitating company-wide events both virtual and actual physical parties

• At least upper-intermediate English is a must because all the communication (including interviews) happens in English
• Experience dealing with software developers

Would be appreciated:

• Existing connection network in the IT industry
