We are looking for Senior Learning and Development Specialist (Soft Skills Trainer) with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills who will be able to help business by developing and delivering trainings and programs for employees.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with business representatives and sponsors to determine business needs and customer expectations
• Develop, adapt and deliver soft skills training events as applicable in the following categories: Public Speaking, Presentation Excellence, Communication (monthly requirement is 40 hours)
• Learn and leverage experience to serve as a subject matter expert for internal support
• Expand trainer’s portfolio with one new training quarterly
• Develop training delivery strategies specific to study scope and complexity
• Develop new training mechanisms, services and materials to expand training offerings
• Create new training methods and/or activities to meet client requests
• Develop and update training materials (handouts, syllabuses, posters, etc.)
• Hold pre- and post-training activities (learners’ assessment/testing, coaching, Q&As, etc.)
• Analyze learners’ feedback and make course improvements
• Complete other duties as assigned by management

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a corporate trainer/public speaker
• Proven experience in conducting training online
• Knowledge of effective platforms, tools and techniques for conducting training online
• Degree in education, business, psychology or science related subject preferred
• Desire to grow professionally
• Enthusiasm and positive attitude
• Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to embrace change
• Mentoring and/or coaching skills
• Facilitation skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Focus on customer satisfaction
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level and higher)
