Main tasks:
- Carry out the entire cycle of recruiting specialists: IT and commercial teams;
- Support teams across all HR processes: hiring, onboarding, internal communications, etc.;
- Participate in launching other projects of HR team (onboarding, benefit system, employee development and training system, hr - brand, performance review, etc.)
- Relevant experience 2+ years;
- Good knowledge of IT recruitment techniques.
