CRO Syngenta Agro Service AG in Belarus is looking for Head of Customer Services with the following duties:

• Organizing customer service system
• Ensuring a customer satisfaction in operation process
• Ensuring timely and accurate  preparation,  agreeing and signing contracts and amendments
• Coordinating order processing
• Ensuring accurate demand planning
• Coordinating and control product deliveries
• Administrating direct deliveries to customers and place orders in Agroklik
• Administrating shipments of CPP from BWH (bonded warehouse) to customers (partially)
• Controlling of inventory (shipments to BWH, slow/no-movers)
• Organizing and informing customers about changes in company, documents, any changes concerning interaction   between company and customer
• Organizing  supplying customers with required documentation (SDS etc.)
• Coordinating handling and resolving complaints in field of supply chain (delivery claims)
• Contributing into business planning
• Managing customer service staff including staff development, performance appraisal, staff issues, etc.

Competencies for candidates are:

• Higher economical education or University degree with specialization in logistics or sales
• Local laws and regulations concerning storage and transportation CPP and Seeds
• Customer service operation knowledge
• Product knowledge
• Company processes and policies
• English language (upper-intermediate)
• Good level MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• Operational experience about 3-6 years of progressively responsible sales experience  or as a head/ manager of customer department is required.
