Requirements:
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work with big data volumes
- Attention to detail
We provide full training for our employees in every step of the working process.
Work responsibilities:
- Be in direct contact with American nursing homes and insurance companies as well as nursing homes’ patients and pension organizations
- Processing payment receipts and verifying that all the data is inserted correctly
- Communicating with clients
- Monitoring the bills payment processes
- Checking documentation and renewing medicaid programs
We work in the American time-zone from 16:00 to 00:00. Our office is 7 min away from the metro station (Grushevka).
