What we're looking for

Cleverside is seeking a talented Product Owner, who will join our creative team.

What to expect in this position:

- Development, full support and product management;

- Refinement of an existing product to improve the quality and stability (based on data and collected feedback from users, and colleagues);

- Features prioritization and assessment of their potential impact on the product;

- Evaluation of implemented features, comparison of planned and predicted results;

- A/B testing to optimize current and new functionality;

- Communication with the product development team, setting tasks and monitoring of the implementation;

- Develop requirements, ensuring their completeness and accuracy;

- Preparation of reports and product roadmap for management;

- Search for new growth points for gaming and monetization.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner;

- Relevant work experience of at least 1,5 years in the GameDev industry;

- Understanding of software development principles;

- Understanding and practical experience in writing product documentation - GDD, Confluence;

- Knowledge and understanding of key product metrics;

- Experience in systematically conducting AB tests;

- Working experience with analytical systems;

- Experience with mobile casual games (hybrid monetization: ads + in-app/subscriptions). HOG/Puzzles genres and participation in projects with high traffic will be a big plus.

- Knowledge of general game balance and difficulty curve construction also will be a plus.
