Here, at Neotech Development, our HR team is at the heart of our company. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to join our dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remotely.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including extending job offers and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Conversational level of English.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of the Tech industry and its talent landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
