Here in PST Labs we create our own products and service solutions in fintech, blockchain domains and more. Now we are looking for a responsible and efficient recruiter to join our friendly team.
You will be involved into:

Search for suitable candidates using a variety of search sources to fill the vacancies from Junior to Lead level;

Work with the existing candidate base, expand and keep it up to date;

Organization of pre-screens, interviews with candidates, processing feedbacks;
-
Accompany candidates throughout the all hiring process, ensuring a positive experience with the company;

Participation in other HR processes.
You will need to succeed:
-
At least 1 year of working experience with the listed functionality in an IT company or a recruitment agency;

English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above (both written and spoken);

Ability to easily establish and maintain contact with people;

Knowledge of various search sources, types of interviews;
-
Ability to write and speak competently, as well as the ability to present a company and a vacancy;
-
Experience in Fintech and/or Blockchain domain will be a plus.
