So, we invite you to a Recruitment Internship to our Minsk office.

Main responsibilities:

• Search: identification and active search for potential candidates using various sources, networking creation and development;
• Communication: establishing contact with candidates to gather information and identify compliance with company requirements;
• Classification and evaluation: assessing the quality and potential of each candidate, organization of interviews and further support;
• Database maintenance: formation and continuous development of the candidate database and keeping it up to date;
• Reporting: maintaining reports on completed work, analyzing search efficiency and stoppers;
• Continuous growth & development: analysis of the market and recruitment strategies, search for new sources and methods of searching for candidates, continuous training.

Candidate Requirements:

• English language at least at the Intermediate level;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to analyze information and highlight the most important points;

• Strong planning and prioritization skills;

• Ability to make independent decisions;

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
