Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Gathering business requirements from a variety of sources and stakeholders;
• Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications for technology systems;
• Managing the implementation of business requirements within technology systems;
• Writing system/integrations documentation;
• Analyzing large data sets to create custom reporting;
• Proactive coordinating with team members, including project managers, designers, engineers and QA to ensure a successful implementation effort;

You’ll Be A Great Fit If You Have:

• University degree or equivalent (preferably in mathematics or physics, economics, finance, computer sciences) or experience related to these areas;
• At least 6+ months of professional working experience as a Business Analyst in IT ;
• Analytical thinking;
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal) and the ability to communicate exclusively in English;
• Experience in creation and maintenance of project documentation such as SRS, Use Cases, User Stories;
• Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance;
• Basic knowledge of SQL;
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as SCRUM and Kanban;
• Experience in applying process modeling notations such as UML, Flowchart, Data Flow diagram;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Exceptional ability to organize work and tasks and attention to detail;
• Demonstrated passion for learning new things and continuous improvement;
