We are looking for a motivated legal counsel with strong legal skills and the ability to deal with complex legal issues.

If you are fluent in legal English, have a passion for accuracy and excellence, then come be a part of the team.

What you will need to succeed:

• Degree in law
• Experience in Corporate, Commercial and Labor law as well as IP rights
• Experience in drafting and amending contract, policies and similar documents
• Fluent command of the English language both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional experience in the IT industry (nice to have)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

What you will be involved into:

• Drafting, reviewing and controling commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documentation
• Consulting and handling all corporate legal processes
• Taking part in the negotiations with clients, partners, suppliers, etc. when needed
• Preparing tender documentation
• Shaping all the documentation needed when developing company's own products
• Developing company policy and position on legal issues
• Researching, anticipating and guarding company against legal risks
• Providing security for the company in the event of any queries, inspections, claims, etc.
• Monitoring compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies/instructions
• Supporting the day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company
