Position Overview:

Yolllo is a multiproduct company helping people unlock their talent by providing an educational platform and monetization tools to earn money. Yolllo is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to manage our presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media and a deep understanding of the creator economy.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:

• Develop and curate compelling and shareable content that aligns with Yolllo's brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Create a content calendar outlining key themes, campaigns, and events to ensure a consistent and diverse flow of content.
• Conduct video sessions with the Founder and record content that can later be repurposed.

• Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow Yolllo's brand presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Monitor Yolllo brand mentions and collaborate with the product & support teams to provide answers from the community.

• Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and overall content performance.

• Provide regular reports on social media metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with the product teams to ensure consistent and relevant messaging to the community.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content ideas and insights.

Qualification:

• Proven experience of around 2-3 years in content creation and social media management, preferably within the creator or entertainment industry. Agency experience is a plus.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms & consumer trends.

• Willingness to explore AI tools for workflow optimization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in content management & social media analytics tools.

• Experience in launching basic media buying campaigns on Meta is a plus.

• Understanding Web3 basics is a plus.
