Executive assistant with experience in travel industry

We are looking for an Executive assistant with travel experience who will be supporting senior management and dealing with VIP clients. It's a full time job, work is done remotely (from your own home). Working days are 5/2 including weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with client’s requests for travel researching and booking accommodation, flights and itineraries
• Communicating with hotels, restaurants, transfers, etc on a daily basis
• Preparation of offers and packages for the clients
• Client lifestyle management
• Diary management: scheduling meetings, events and conference calls
• Multi-lingual assistance and translations
• Dealing with ad hoc concierge requests
• Developing relationships with suppliers & working closely with them on the
  global scale
• Negotiating the best offers from suppliers
• Login in all relevant bookings to the system

Requirements:

• Fluent English (Spoken and written) and Russian languages
• At least 3 years of experience working in Travel Industry
• Experience in booking flights, hotels, organising transfers and knowledge of luxury destinations
• Solid communication skills, both in writing and over the phone, in English and Russian
• Customer service orientation
• Attention to details
• Proactive approach to work
