Key Responsibilities:

• Managing projects and tasks, including the creation and regular updating of project plans (using Monday, MS Project, or similar tools).
• Ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining high-quality execution of all tasks.
• Monitoring task status, identifying deviations from project plans, and proactively addressing any issues.
• Regular communication with internal and external project stakeholders regarding task progress and status updates.
• Organizing and facilitating weekly status calls with teams.
• Maintaining project documentation, preparing reports and meeting minutes.
• Preparing presentations and supporting materials for internal and external meetings.
• Creating a project issues register and a continuous improvement plan to track and resolve ongoing challenges.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in Project Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
• Experience in the mining industry, logistics, or procurement is a strong advantage.
• Solid skills in creating project schedules and managing timelines and resources.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
• Ability to handle large volumes of information and set clear priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, self-driven mindset.
• Understanding of the mining sector and project operations within a production environment.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher for working with documentation and international contractors.
• Confident user of MS Project and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with other project management tools such as Monday, Notion, Jira, Asana, etc.
