IBA IT Park are looking for a Java Developer
to join our Team and work with an IBA strategic client!

Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java 11+ backend services for banking systems (REST microservices or CRM solutions)
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs Develop and support microservices using Spring Boot and related technologies
• Work with Docker containers and manage application deployment environments
• Implement caching and messaging solutions (Redis, Kafka)
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and daily stand-ups
• Collaborate with the international team to analyze requirements and deliver solutions

Competencies:

• 2+ years of commercial experience with Java (Java 11+)
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot
• Practical experience with microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of Maven for project management
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with Docker for containerization
• Experience with Redis (caching) and Kafka (messaging)
• Confident use of Git for version control
• Good spoken and written English for international communication
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to share knowledge with team
