Responsibilities
- Design web, mobile, and desktop interfaces for our CRM system
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma
- Simplify complex business processes into clear and functional UX
- Collaborate closely with developers
- Build and maintain a consistent design system and component library
- Ensure a unified UX across all modules (LMS, Finance, CRM, etc.)
- 1+ years of UI/UX design experience with a proven track record of successful product launches
- Experience designing SaaS or business management systems — big plus
- Deep understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and usability testing
- Knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design best practices
- Attention to detail and structured, user-centered thinking
- English proficiency for documentation and team communication - big plus
- Experience with CRM/LMS products
- Strong in UX writing, onboarding flows, and empty states
