Duties:

Implement and drive the company’s sales strategy in the Gov. Industry, ensuring achievement of assigned business targets.

Develop and execute market expansion strategies within the Gov. sector.

Build deep understanding of customer needs, conduct customer analysis, and review business plans.

Coordinate organizational resources and ensure effective allocation to high-value customers and key projects.

Oversee standardized account operations, including business planning, customer relationship management, and major project execution.

Set business objectives for top-tier Gov. customers, monitor the business process, identify business risks and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in the ICT industry or banking sector.

Proven experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or financial industry solutions.

Strong understanding of banking customers, financial industry processes, and enterprise solution sales.

Experience working with large enterprise or financial institution clients.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

High level of responsibility, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English (interview will be conducted in English).
Work Conditions:
- Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
- Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
- Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
- Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
