Duties:
- Sales Target Achievement: Analyze industry trends, identify key customers, develop expansion plans, and drive project sales to meet set targets.
- Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships, enhance partner collaboration, increase satisfaction, and adapt to diverse procurement/bidding models.
- Partner Development & Empowerment: Build a comprehensive partner map, provide enablement support, and manage the full cycle of partner selection and project operations.
- Project Operation Management: Handle end-to-end project processes: Deal registration, continuous follow-up, contract signing, and payment tracking.
- Brand Marketing: Execute marketing strategies to boost visibility and influence within the industry.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Partner Management, Account Management, or Marketing within the ICT field.
- Goal-oriented with high career ambition, strong responsibility, and excellent execution ability.
- Strong logical thinking, relationship management, negotiation, and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Integrity: Upright, trustworthy, and a strong team player.
Working conditions:
- Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
- Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
- Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
- Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
