Temporary position (covering maternity leave)

Join our Central Asia team to ensure smooth cross-border operations, compliance with customs regulations, and cost-efficient logistics processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliant and cost-efficient handling of customs processes
• Manage import/export documentation (licenses, certificates, permits)
• Coordinate shipments and ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Organize and control customs clearance with brokers
• Ensure correct payment of duties and taxes
• Track shipments and resolve issues proactively
• Perform HS classification and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and implement changes
• Build effective relationships with customs authorities and partners
• Support reporting, analytics, and cross-functional projects

Requirements:

• Fluent Russian, advanced English
• Knowledge of customs regulations
• Strong MS Office skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
