About the role
This role helps determine where IT Park Uzbekistan should focus its international growth efforts.
You will research global markets, identify high-potential geographies and industries, analyze competitive positioning, and generate insights that guide marketing, business development, and investment attraction activities. Your work will directly influence where campaigns are launched, which markets are prioritized, and which segments are most likely to generate leads, partnerships, and long-term economic impact.
Working closely with Marketing, Business Development, CRM, and leadership teams, you will transform market data into actionable recommendations that support international expansion across priority sectors including technology, BPO, AI, creative tech, and data centers.

What you will do
Market Research & Intelligence

Research international markets and GEOs, including market sizing, target-company mapping, and ICP definition by vertical
-
Identify opportunities across priority sectors such as technology, BPO, AI, creative tech, and data centers
-
Produce quarterly market research reports and strategic recommendations
-
Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive dynamics across target regions
Competitive Analysis

Benchmark IT Park Uzbekistan’s value proposition against competing innovation hubs, free zones, and special economic zones (SEZs)
-
Analyze competing jurisdictions and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and market gaps
-
Support positioning and market-entry decisions through data-driven competitive insights
Performance Analytics & Segmentation

Analyze which GEOs, industries, and audience segments generate leads, conversions, and business outcomes
-
Identify funnel bottlenecks and conversion drop-off points across target markets
-
Run segmentation and clustering analysis on campaign, lead, and market data
-
Support ROI analysis across markets, channels, and acquisition activities
Target Account & Growth Strategy Support

Build target-account lists for Digital Marketing and outsourced outreach teams

Support campaign planning through market prioritization and audience analysis

Provide insights that help optimize lead generation and market expansion strategies

Deliver data-driven recommendations to support business development and growth initiatives
What we expect

Higher education in economics, marketing, statistics, data science, business, or a related field
-
3–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, business analysis, or data analysis
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Advanced Excel skills

Working knowledge of SQL

Experience with at least one BI platform such as Tableau or Power BI
-
Experience with market research methodologies and competitive analysis

Familiarity with digital marketing and web analytics tools such as GA4 and Meta Ads Manager

Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into business recommendations

Strong presentation and communication skills

English (Upper-Intermediate+ or higher)

Russian proficiency

Uzbek is a plus
Nice to have

Experience in investment promotion, foreign direct investment (FDI), technology, BPO, or B2B industries

Experience with segmentation and clustering techniques using Tableau, Python, or similar tools

Data visualization and executive reporting experience

Experience supporting strategic planning, growth, or market-entry initiatives

Ability to present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
