A U.S.-based trucking and logistics company is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Tashkent.

We are looking for a results-driven candidate who can develop marketing strategies, promote the company’s brand, support lead generation, create professional content, and strengthen the company’s presence in the logistics market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for a trucking and logistics company.
• Promote the company’s brand across digital platforms and communication channels.
• Create and manage marketing content for social media, websites, job platforms, and company pages.
• Support lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
• Analyze the market, competitors, target audience, and industry trends.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, posts, visuals, and promotional content.
• Work with HR, Sales, Operations, and Management teams to support company goals.
• Manage company social media pages and improve online presence.
• Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, SMM, brand promotion, or related fields.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in creating marketing strategies and content plans.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital promotion, and audience engagement.
• Ability to create clear, professional, and attractive marketing content.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, CapCut, or other design/video tools is preferred.
• Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a night shift schedule.
• Experience in logistics, trucking, transportation, or international business is a strong plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with U.S.-based companies or international markets.
• Understanding of B2B marketing and logistics industry promotion.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, content marketing, and lead generation.
• Ability to shoot and edit short videos for social media.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube content.
• Ability to prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign results.
