Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Accurately calculate employee wages, overtime, bonuses, and statutory deductions

• Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and other changes

• Review and validate timekeeping data; investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

• Prepare, file, and remit payroll taxes in compliance with applicable local and national regulations

• Administer employee benefits deductions, including health insurance and retirement contributions

• Generate and analyze payroll reports for management and finance teams

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and deductions in a professional manner

• Collaborate closely with Human Resources and Finance departments to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

• Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll and employee information

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)

• Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role

• Proficiency in payroll systems and software

• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek is required

Other Allowances

• Compensation for food (once time in a working day) according to the Company’s Policy
• Compensation for transportation (once time in a working day) according to the Company’s Policy
• 21 days of annual leave calculated on a calendar day basis
• Payable Sick leaves (only if the requested document is provided)
• Annual bonuses according to performance and company internal regulations
• 5/2 working schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
