Hello! My name is Karina and I'm an HR at Paralect.

We’re looking for people with background as a product manager / developer / designer to join as an AI product maker / vibe-coder to our team. This is a product-focused, customer-facing, builder role (not a management role). You’ll work alongside with serial founders to build the products for their early-stage businesses.

Portfolio and any kind of launched projects (personal websites, apps, landing pages) will be a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

• Build products and landing pages with vibe-coding tools, such as Claude Code / Lovable / Replit, or others;

• Take over project prototypes from founders and continue building. Quickly understand context, simplify product features, focus on core workflows;

• Research competitors, talk with customers and leads and come up with the most meaningful features to build, not just default AI slop;

• Good judgement on UI and UX so you build features that are easy to use and understand, and that look nice;

• Working directly with clients from US/Europe. Daily written chat in English for updates. Clear communication: asking right questions, highlighting blockers and presenting the work done;

• Daily progress on projects (aka commits), releases at least once a week;

• Collaborating with engineers and designers for specific tasks that require deep special knowledge and skills;

• Heavy use of AI agents for all aspects of daily work. Creating tools and workflows around AI agents, writing agent Skills and reusing public Skills.

We suggest:
- Salary pegged to the US dollar.
