About the position

We're looking for an experienced and solution-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-quality Salesforce MediaCLoud solutions. You’ll play a key role in building industry-specific components, integrating complex systems, and ensuring DevOps excellence using Copado or similar tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Omniscripts.

• Translate complex business and industry-specific requirements into scalable, performant technical designs.

• Build and maintain custom applications, integrations, and automations.

• Utilize Copado for CI/CD, version control, release management, and automated deployments.

• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the Salesforce development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, user-centric features.

• Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and support for live Salesforce environments.

• Stay current on Salesforce and Vlocity platform releases, features, and best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 1+ year working with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).

• Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and the Salesforce platform architecture.

• Be familiar with coding design patternsProven experience implementing Vlocity components such as DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Omniscripts, and FlexCards.

• Proficiency with Copado or similar DevOps tools for deployment and release management.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration patterns.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required;

• Platform Developer II, Vlocity Certifications, and/or Copado Certification are strong pluses.

• Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware tools.
