Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)

A growing HVAC company based in San Jose, California is looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Marketing Manager to join our team.

This is a hybrid role that combines marketing, sales, analytics, project coordination, and operational management. We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, analyzing performance, coordinating projects, and helping drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales team to support business development initiatives
• Analyze marketing performance, KPIs, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, timelines, and priorities
• Manage social media activities and marketing operations
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Prepare reports and provide data-driven recommendations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience working with Sales teams or in Sales functions is highly valued.
• Understanding of Digital marketing and social media management
• Experience in marketing, analytics, project coordination, or related fields
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
