What You'll Do
- Source and negotiate loads for assigned drivers/owner-operators
- Track shipments and provide real-time load status updates
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and shippers throughout the day
- Coordinate handoffs with our overseas support team to ensure 24/7 coverage
- Resolve issues quickly — delays, detention, paperwork, route changes
- Maintain accurate records in our TMS system
What We're Looking For
- Prior dispatch or trucking industry experience preferred (not required for the right candidate)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits
- Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) a plus
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
