- Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Provide financial support for ongoing projects
- Monitor budget execution and control expenses
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Contribute to improving financial processes and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- English – at least B2 level
- Russian – at least C1 level
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience with 1C (3Acob) is a plus
