We are looking for a talented Reporting Engineer to join the team.

Your Role in the Team

• Build and maintain SQL data marts and data-loading pipelines (Airflow).
• Prepare regulatory forms for the Central Bank (loans, deposits, assets and liabilities, financial indicators) and own their accuracy.
• Run reconciliations and data-quality checks: find discrepancies between source and report and get to the root cause.
• Automate reports that are currently put together manually in Excel.
• Work closely with finance, accounting and the risk team.

The Skills Needed to Join Us

• Strong SQL: complex queries, window functions, query optimization. This is your main tool.
• Python (pandas) for data processing.
• Databases: MS SQL Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL (hands-on with at least one). Greenplum and StarRocks are a plus.
• A good grasp of how a data warehouse works: ETL, incremental loading, keeping change history.
• Apache Airflow or another pipeline orchestrator.
• Confident Excel.
