Driver Recruiting Team Manager Needed!

Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Format: Office-based
Compensation: Fixed salary + high commission
Experience: 1-3 year experience required

We are looking for an experienced Driver Recruiting & Retention Team Manager to lead our Driver Recruiting team and ensure a stable pipeline of qualified drivers for our U.S. trucking operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a team of approximately 10 Recruiters
• Ensure timely hiring and onboarding of drivers
• Conduct interviews and oversee candidate screening
• Monitor team performance and recruitment metrics
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management
• Assist with driver retention and resolve communication issues between drivers and recruiters
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, Sales, or Team Management
• Advanced English level (B2+/C1, fluent spoken English)
• Experience managing a team of 4+ employees
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
• Sales or high-volume hiring experience is a plus
