- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience in conducting market research, evaluating competitors, and understanding customer needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve shared goals.
- Experience in prioritizing product features and opportunities aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Proficiency in collecting user feedback, testing new features, and improving the product based on insights.
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond swiftly to changes and new challenges.
