- Achieve the assigned commercial goals in the area of responsibility and provide sales training for motivation.
- Funnel Management KPI’s of the assigned Dealer Network and create actionable improvement plans.
- Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.
- Follow up in conjunction with local Finance Partner Team the preferred financial solutions adoption rate and build action plans on feedback.
- Ensure NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys are rolled out effectively and any Customer Feedback is treated with maximum priority.
- Be BYD ambassador and point of reference for all Sales Team in their Area of Responsibility.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in premium B2B sales;
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented;
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
- Fluent in Uzbek; professional level of English is required. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
