We are looking for a consultant-analyst to join the People & Organization team, with strong technical and analytical skills, who will support and deliver projects related to HR and organizational analytics, grading, research and reviews, analysis of organizational and functional data. This role is suitable for a specialist who has a strong understanding of company business processes and can work with large volumes of data.

Role and responsibilties:

• Participate in People & Organization projects as a business analyst / analytical consultant;
• Collect, process, structure, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources;
• Conduct analytical research, reviews, and diagnostics on organizational, HR-, and compensation-related topics;
• Participate in grading projects, job analysis, organizational structure analysis, and role distribution;
• Prepare analytical calculations, comparative analyses, and conclusions for project teams and clients;
• Automate analytical files and reporting using various tools;
• Assess HR processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement;
• Prepare high-quality presentations, analytical reports, client materials, and recommendations;
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to clarify business requests and translate them into analytical solutions;
• Support project teams in applying a data-driven approach to developing recommendations for clients.

Knowledge and skills required:

• Higher education in Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Management, or related disciplines;
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst, HR analyst, or in a similar role;
• Strong Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros;
• Proficiency in Power BI would be an advantage, including dashboard development and data visualization;
• Knowledge of SQL and experience in writing queries for data analysis would be an advantage;
• Experience working with large data sets;
• Experience in building dashboards and analytical reporting;
• Understanding of key business processes and interconnections between company functions;
• High attention to detail and structured thinking;
• Strong skills in preparing presentations and analytical materials;
• Fluent English and Russian.
