AI Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a creative and AI-driven Marketing Specialist who wants to grow in an international B2B SaaS company and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning, experimenting, and taking ownership of projects. You'll work closely with an experienced marketing team, contribute to multiple initiatives simultaneously, and have the freedom to bring new ideas to life.

We strongly believe that AI should enhance—not replace—marketing. We encourage our team to actively use modern AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, speed up content creation, improve research, and increase overall productivity. Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to continuously learn are far more important to us than knowing every marketing tool from day one.

What you'll do

• Create and coordinate LinkedIn and social media content.
• Support website updates, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare sales and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and banners.
• Create and adapt visuals using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Research industry trends, competitors, customer pain points, and new content opportunities.
• Support conferences, events, and promotional activities.
• Help manage our presence across review platforms, directories, and partner listings.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, freelancers, and internal teams to deliver marketing projects.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media.
• Excellent written English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Confident using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, or similar) to improve efficiency and automate day-to-day work.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of B2B marketing and SaaS is a plus.
• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
