What you will do

• Deliver engaging EAL lessons that support multilingual learners.
• Plan, co-teach, co-assess, and reflect collaboratively with colleagues.
• Differentiate learning to meet individual student needs.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies and flexible groupings.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-organized classroom environment.
• Design learning experiences that develop transdisciplinary skills.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to curriculum planning.
• Engage students and parents in assessment and ongoing feedback.
• Encourage student reflection throughout each unit.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the EAL programme.

• Lead one Co-Curricular Activity (CCA) each week during the semester.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of ESL/EAL teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of language acquisition for multilingual learners.
• Experience with curriculum planning and differentiated instruction.
• Knowledge of co-teaching practices.
• Experience with EAL assessment and reporting systems.
• Excellent English and Russian communication skills.
• Confidence using educational technology and school platforms.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
