- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Ensure proper washing, drying, and storage of kitchen utensils and tableware.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, storage rooms, and dishwashing areas.
- Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Remove waste and maintain proper waste disposal procedures.
- Support kitchen staff during operational hours.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
