GEELY AUTO Uzbekistan is looking for a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for sales planning, production order placement, coordination of vehicle deliveries to dealers, and preparation of operational reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in vehicle sales planning for the Uzbekistan market.
• Place orders in the production system and monitor order confirmation.
• Support the preparation and signing of contracts with the manufacturer.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, orders, and inventory levels.
• Monitor competitors’ prices, discounts, promotions, and market offers.
• Prepare vehicle supply orders from the distributor’s warehouse to dealers.
• Monitor dealer payments and coordinate vehicle shipments from the warehouse.
• Communicate with headquarters and prepare regular operational reports.
• Prepare reports for dealers on bonus programs.
• Verify bonus calculations and monitor bonus payments to dealers.
• Review bank reports on issued auto loans.
• Prepare payment data and coordinate bank commission payments with the Finance Department.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in sales operations, sales administration, logistics, distribution, or dealer network operations.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Experience in preparing reports and working with large volumes of data.
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in Russian and English.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in an automotive company or dealer network.
• Understanding of vehicle ordering, delivery, and sales processes.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
• Experience working with banks and dealer bonus programs.
• Knowledge of Chinese.
