Internal Communications Specialist in Astana

We’re looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to ensure a monolith culture within the business. This is an important position: securing unity and inclusion, not just news. Your role, your impact

• Monitor business progress, achievements, and milestones and distribute the information among all employees through a variety of channels;
• Lead internal initiatives and organize events;
• Foster a collaborative environment across different functions and sites.

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across operations, HR and project — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility in Kazakhstan.

What you bring

• Creative writing and multimedia editing skills.
• Fluency in English, Kazakh, and Russian.
• Organizational, event planning skills, et cetera.
• Inquisitiveness, erudition and willingness to learn business as well as technical side of our operations.
• Autonomy, collaboration, and the patience to navigate a large global company with strong local roots.

• Quality and timeliness of deliverables.
