Our mission is to create an environment where companies can more easily build, adopt, and scale AI solutions.
You will help us:
- Understand the needs of AI companies, startups, and the broader tech ecosystem
- Identify barriers to AI development in Uzbekistan, including regulatory, infrastructure, talent, and education challenges
- Design new initiatives and policy recommendations together with government and industry partners
- Launch programs that support AI companies, R&D, and technology commercialization
- Strengthen Uzbekistan's AI ecosystem and attract leading international AI companies and investment
- Conduct market research and identify the needs of AI companies and startups
- Engage with businesses, universities, research institutions, and government stakeholders to uncover challenges and opportunities
- Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and strategic proposals
- Contribute to the design of new AI support programs, initiatives, and ecosystem policies
- Drive projects from concept through implementation
- Research global AI ecosystem best practices and adapt them for Uzbekistan
- Represent IT Park at meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in IT, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- English proficiency of at least Upper-Intermediate (B2); C1 is preferred
- Strong presentation and research skills
- Proactive, structured thinker with the ability to tackle complex challenges
- Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders and quickly learning new industries and topics
