About the Role

IT Park Uzbekistan is looking for a strategic thinker to join the Strategic Development Department. In this role, you will conduct research, analyze global technology trends, and contribute to initiatives that shape the future of Uzbekistan's digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research across technology sectors.
• Analyze global trends, emerging technologies, and international best practices.
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for the development of Uzbekistan's IT ecosystem.
• Support the development of strategic initiatives and long-term projects.
• Work with internal teams to evaluate new ideas and growth opportunities.
• Utilize AI tools to improve research, analysis, and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Confident use of AI tools in research and day-to-day work.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to work on projects of national significance.
