Job Responsibilities

1. Take full responsibility for onsite production workshop management, including production line operations, schedule progress, site order, and daily supervisory work.

2. Apply the 4M1E (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment) approach to coordinate production resources; monitor production processes, promptly address abnormalities, and resolve capacity bottlenecks.

3. Implement 5S site management and safety production systems; conduct regular safety inspections and eliminate onsite hazards to ensure a safe working environment.

4. Oversee production quality management; promptly analyse and handle quality issues and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.

5. Control production costs; set and adjust cost targets and costcontrol indicators.

6. Manage the production team, including personnel allocation, performance appraisal, and talent development, to build an efficient and stable team.

7. Liaise with other departments to support new product trial runs, massproduction launch, process implementation, and quality improvement activities.

8. Regularly review production data; analyse capacity and waste/loss issues; develop and implement improvement plans.

9. As a management talent candidate for the Kazakhstan knockdown assembly project, be willing to return to China for training and subsequent overseas assignment.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above.

2. Minimum 3 years of manufacturing management experience.

3. Must be proficient in Chinese (spoken and written).

4. Familiar with production processes, quality management systems, and safety regulations; extensive onsite management experience.

5. Strong organisational coordination, problemsolving, and team management skills.

6. Resultsdriven, handson, with strong execution capability and resilience under pressure.

7. Willing to return to China for training (as management reserve for the Kazakhstan project).
