Dealing Manager
Responsibilities
-
Lead and coordinate the dealing team and manage daily dealing operation
-
Perform trade execution and monitor customers’ trading activities (trade surveillance) in US equity markets, may expand to other market and products subject to business' expansion
-
Identify and resolve trading issues promptly (if any)
-
Liaise with different parties such as clients, settlement and front-line departments
-
Perform UAT on new developed systems
-
Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by department head
Requirements
-
Diploma or above holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
-
ASFA approved person for dealing
-
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in securities dealing;
-
Experience in managerial role is preferred;
-
Solid experience in US and KAZ equity markets;
-
Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Good command of written and spoken Russian, Kazakh & English

Night Shift for the US market
